Automatic Wire Prep

We run Amp "G" Presses and have many applicators already in use. This press is supported by many manufacturers for rapid and accurate application of their terminals. We also have a large selection of hand tools for smaller runs.

We own a variety of Daniels Military crimp terminators and locators for milspec terminals, and other screw machine type contacts

Amp "G" Press and Hirose Terminal Crimpers

We have microprocessor controlled wire prep equipment that can process wires from 32AWG to 10AWG with speed and precision.

We also have equipment that will measure and cut Ribbon cable, and tubing.

Other wire processing equipment includes Ribbon cable striping, ribbon cable splitting, Coax stripping, and multi conductor cable processing.

Solder Termination

Crimp Termination

We carry certification for Mil-STD-J-001 at the instructor level, and can fully certify your solder connections if required. We have many solder stations including RoHS compatible stations with fully trained and certified solderers.

IDC Terminations

We Have arbor style presses for Ribbon cable connectors of most styles and manufacturers. We also have tooling for terminating discrete wire IDC connectors from Amp and Pancon

Panel and Box Build

From simple control panels to complex ITA boxes, we can build them for you. We will provide complete build services to suit your requirements.

Testing Of Cables and Boxes

Cirris scan testers with and without Hi-Pot provide reliable quality control with supporting documentation.

We also have available PC's for loading programs and functioal testing with customer supplied software and test procedures.

Labelling

We have a wide variety of labelling options from several manufacturers such as Brady, and Panduit. We have thermal , Inkjet, and dot matrix printing available to accomodate most marking requirements.
